Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Process the OREO cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs.
  2. Combine cookie crumbs and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl, mixing until smooth.
  3. Pack the mixture into heart-shaped molds, pressing firmly.
  4. Chill the molds in the freezer for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip the chilled hearts in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle with white chocolate and sprinkle decorations before chilling for 5 minutes.
