  • Red or pink candy melts Optional drizzle for added color.

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowls
  • Parchment-lined tray

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by carefully twisting apart the Oreo cookies, ensuring the cream filling stays on one half. Gently insert the lollipop sticks into the cream side and secure with melted chocolate if necessary.
  2. Reassemble the cookies and place the Oreo pops on a tray. Freeze for about 5 minutes.
  3. Melt the white chocolate and milk/dark chocolate chips in separate microwave-safe bowls in 30-second intervals.
  4. Dip each Oreo pop in the melted white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully submerged. Tap the stick to remove excess chocolate.
  5. Place the dipped pops on a parchment-lined tray and immediately sprinkle with Valentine's Day sprinkles.
  6. Allow the pops to set at room temperature for 15-20 minutes or refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  7. Serve your Valentine's Day Oreo Pops on a decorative platter or individually wrapped.
