Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, warm 1 cup of whole milk over medium heat for about 5 minutes while stirring gently.
  2. Add ½ cup of sugar and ¼ teaspoon of salt to the steaming milk. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in 1 ½ cups of heavy whipping cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 3 teaspoons of instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 teaspoon of raspberry extract, and 1 teaspoon of lemon extract.
