Preparation Steps

  2. Pat the roma tomatoes dry, then slice them into wedges. Thinly slice the red onions and julienne the carrots for even textures.
  3. In a large salad bowl, add the chopped iceberg lettuce, shredded red cabbage, sliced tomatoes, red onions, julienned carrots, black olives, and pepperoncinis. Toss gently.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss thoroughly to coat each component.
