Step-by-Step Instructions for Warm Cinnamon Scones
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of cold unsalted butter, cubed, into the flour mixture and cut until it resembles coarse crumbs.
