  1. Wash all fresh fruit under cool running water. Hull and slice the strawberries, peel and segment the oranges, core and chop the apples, and slice the pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Halve the grapes and peel the kiwi, slicing it into rounds. Arrange the vibrant chopped fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice until well combined. Add chopped mint leaves to the bowl, mixing them into the dressing.
  3. Gently pour the honey-lime dressing over the bowl of chopped fruits and toss to coat evenly without mashing them.
