  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced or crushed garlic is preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Kosher salt is recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground is best for flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Lime juice can be used as an alternative.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley For garnish.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Place salmon fillets into the greased baking dish and pour the marinade over them, allowing to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
  5. Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
