- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place salmon fillets into the greased baking dish and pour the marinade over them, allowing to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
- Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
