Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
  2. In a large bowl, add the chicken wings and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle in garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  4. While the wings bake, prepare the glaze by combining raspberry jam, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir for 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Remove wings from the oven, transfer to a mixing bowl, and pour the glaze over them. Toss gently to coat and garnish with cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
