Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Melt some butter and brush it generously over flour tortillas. Sprinkle a cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly on top.
  3. Arrange the tortilla triangles in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream, mixing until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, combine diced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Toss gently and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  6. Layer the crispy tortilla chips on a serving platter. Dollop the cheesecake filling atop the chips and top with the sweetened strawberries.
  7. Finish with a dusting of powdered sugar and add fresh mint or chopped pistachios. Serve immediately.
