Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk and granulated sugar. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let sit until frothy (5-10 minutes).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix melted butter, salt, and eggs into the yeast mixture. Gradually stir in flour until dough is smooth.
  3. Place dough in greased bowl, cover with towel, and let rise in warm area for about 1 hour until doubled.
  4. Prepare filling by mixing softened butter, sugar, and cinnamon until creamy. Also beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Roll out dough into a 16x12 inch rectangle. Spread the cinnamon butter mixture evenly on the dough, layer with cream cheese mixture, and top with strawberries.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal slices. Place in greased baking dish cut-side-up.
  7. Cover rolls with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes in warm area.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Prepare glaze by whisking powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract together. Optionally add strawberry jam.
  10. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls after baking and let rest before serving.
