- In a small bowl, combine warm milk and granulated sugar. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let sit until frothy (5-10 minutes).
- In a large mixing bowl, mix melted butter, salt, and eggs into the yeast mixture. Gradually stir in flour until dough is smooth.
- Place dough in greased bowl, cover with towel, and let rise in warm area for about 1 hour until doubled.
- Prepare filling by mixing softened butter, sugar, and cinnamon until creamy. Also beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out dough into a 16x12 inch rectangle. Spread the cinnamon butter mixture evenly on the dough, layer with cream cheese mixture, and top with strawberries.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal slices. Place in greased baking dish cut-side-up.
- Cover rolls with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes in warm area.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare glaze by whisking powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract together. Optionally add strawberry jam.
