Step-by-Step Instructions for Spinach Ricotta Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your baking dish, mixing bowl, and all ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, combine thawed frozen spinach with ricotta cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of your baking dish.
  4. Place a layer of lasagna sheets over the marinara sauce, overlapping slightly.
  5. Spread a portion of the spinach-ricotta mixture over the lasagna sheets, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Continue layering with marinara sauce, lasagna sheets, spinach-ricotta mixture, and mozzarella until all ingredients are used.
  7. Cover the assembled lasagna tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
  9. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
