  • 1 large Egg well-beaten

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce optional for a simpler version
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning or other seafood seasonings
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions chives can be substituted
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs optional for a gluten-free option
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter unsalted is ideal

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped green onions. Optionally fold in breadcrumbs.
  3. Shape the mixture into medium-sized balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over each shaped Crab Bomb, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm with lemon wedges.
