  • 2 scallions Green Onions Provides freshness.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Season diced chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the hot skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil if needed. Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Create a small space in the pan and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling for 1-2 minutes until fully set.
  5. Break apart any clumps of chilled cooked brown rice before adding it to the skillet. Stir-fry for approximately 3 minutes.
  6. Incorporate the frozen peas and carrots along with the cooked chicken back into the skillet, adding soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove the skillet from heat and gently fold in the sliced green onions.
  8. Serve the Protein-Packed Chicken Fried Rice warm, garnished with optional sesame seeds.
