  • 1 pkg Phyllo pastry spring roll wrappers can substitute
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil other neutral oils can be used
For the Chili Honey Drizzle
  • 0.5 cup Honey maple syrup can be a great vegan substitute
  • 1 tbsp Chili flakes adjust based on spice level
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice fresh juice is ideal

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crumble the feta cheese and mix with dill, mint, lemon zest, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Lay one phyllo sheet on a surface, brush with olive oil, and layer a second sheet on top, repeating the oil-brushing.
  4. Slice the layered phyllo sheets into 3-inch wide strips.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling at one end of each strip and roll tightly.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
  7. Bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Combine honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice in a saucepan and heat gently until runny.
  9. Drizzle the warm chili honey over the rolls before serving.
