  1. Soak 1 cup of glutinous rice in water for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain the rice and steam for 25-30 minutes until tender.
  3. Combine 1 cup coconut milk, ¼ cup sugar, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan; heat until sugar dissolves.
  4. Mix cooked rice with the remaining coconut sauce and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Slice mangoes into thin strips for rolling.
  6. Dip rice papers in warm water for 10-15 seconds until softened.
  7. Assemble rolls by placing rice and mango in softened rice paper, then rolling tightly.
