Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Whisk thoroughly and set aside.
- In a separate large bowl, beat together ¾ cup of unsalted butter, ½ cup of granulated sugar, and ¾ cup of brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Crack in 2 large eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing on low until just combined.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips, 1 cup of mini marshmallows, and ½ cup of chopped nuts into the dough.
- Drop generous portions of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2-3 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown while the centers look soft.
- Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
Be sure to space the cookie dough on the baking sheet to allow for spreading. Experiment with different chocolate types or flavored extracts for variation.
