  • 4 cups Green Cabbage Shredded.
  • 1 cup Julienned Carrots Or thinly sliced bell peppers.
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced) Fresh preferred.
  • 1 inch Ginger (minced) Fresh preferred.
  • 1 bunch Green Onions Chopped; optional.
Seasonings
  • Salt To taste.
  • Pepper To taste.
  • Red Pepper Flakes To taste.
For Cooking
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Or substitute with olive oil.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep all ingredients: shred cabbage, julienne carrots, mince garlic and ginger, and chop green onions.
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add ground meat. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Reduce heat, add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Mix in cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for 5-7 minutes until cabbage is tender.
  5. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss in green onions before serving.
