  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk Opt for plant-based milk for a dairy-free version.

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Used as a garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, Panko, eggs, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix gently.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet or in the greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, then stir in additional Parmesan and parsley, simmering until slightly thickened.
  6. Brush the glaze over the cooked meatloaf and return to the oven for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and garnishing with fresh parsley.
