  • 10 oz Green Candy Melts or swap for white chocolate plus green food coloring

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese and Irish cream liqueur until a dough-like consistency is achieved.
  3. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Scoop and roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Chill again for 15-20 minutes to firm up the truffles.
  6. Melt green candy melts in intervals, then dip each truffle and place back on the parchment paper.
  7. While the coating is wet, sprinkle with colorful sprinkles for decoration.
  8. Allow coating to set completely before serving.
