  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Can use reduced-fat
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Substitute with Greek yogurt if desired
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Can replace with full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 pack Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 cup Bacon Pieces Can use turkey bacon or omit for vegetarian
  • 1/2 cup Water Chestnuts Chopped; can substitute with celery
Wrap
  • 4 large Spinach Flour Tortillas Regular flour tortillas can be used

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Finely chop the water chestnuts and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach with cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and vegetable mix. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in chopped water chestnuts and bacon pieces into the spinach mixture.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto a tortilla and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  5. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  6. After chilling, unwrap and slice each roll into 6 equal pieces. Arrange on a platter to serve.
