Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 pound Ground Beef can substitute with turkey or plant-based meat
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or pepper jack
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic fresh garlic preferred
For the Shell
  • 1 can Biscuit Dough or use crescent dough
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese consider a vegan alternative
For the Topping
  • 1/4 cup Butter unsalted recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley optional garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for about 7-10 minutes until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to low, stir in the shredded cheese with the cooked beef, and mix until melted.
  4. Flatten each piece of biscuit dough to about 4 inches in diameter on a floured surface.
  5. Spoon approximately one tablespoon of the beef-cheese mixture into the center of each dough and seal.
  6. Place each sealed dough ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet with space between each.
  7. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, mix in the minced garlic and parsley, then brush over each bomb.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb before baking.
  9. Bake the bombs in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before serving warm.
