Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for about 7-10 minutes until browned.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in the shredded cheese with the cooked beef, and mix until melted.
- Flatten each piece of biscuit dough to about 4 inches in diameter on a floured surface.
- Spoon approximately one tablespoon of the beef-cheese mixture into the center of each dough and seal.
- Place each sealed dough ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet with space between each.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan, mix in the minced garlic and parsley, then brush over each bomb.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb before baking.
- Bake the bombs in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before serving warm.
