Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until they form fine crumbs. Mix them with melted butter and press into the pie pan. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk, red food coloring, and peppermint extract to the cream cheese and mix well.
  5. Gently fold in the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and spread evenly.
