Step-by-Step Instructions for Baileys Irish Cream Cheesecake
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a medium bowl, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for about 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy, then incorporate granulated sugar and Baileys Irish Cream until fully blended.
  4. Add sour cream and mix until just combined, then add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed.
