Preparation and Cooking Steps

  3. Drizzle olive oil over sweet potato rounds, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the seasoned rounds on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. After 20 minutes, flip the rounds and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until tender and golden.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle feta cheese over warm rounds.
  7. Drizzle honey over each round evenly.
  8. Finish with freshly chopped thyme and optional balsamic glaze.
  9. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
