Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 24 cookies Golden Oreo Can be swapped for regular Oreos or lemon-flavored ones.
  • 0.5 cups Salted butter Can use unsalted butter.
For the Lemon Layer
  • 2 packages Instant lemon pudding mix Essential for lemon flavor and thickness.
  • 3.25 cups Milk Can substitute with any milk type, including dairy alternatives.
For the Cream Layer
  • 2 containers Cool Whip Fresh whipped cream can be substituted.
  • 1 block Cream cheese Ensure it’s softened to room temperature.
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar Adjust amount for less sweetness if desired.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Crush 24 Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with ½ cup of melted salted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together 2 packages of instant lemon pudding mix and 3 ¼ cups of milk for about 2 minutes. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  3. Beat 1 block of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 container of Cool Whip.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust, then add the thickened lemon pudding, and top with the remaining Cool Whip.
  5. Sprinkle reserved crushed Oreo cookies on top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
