Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of sour cream until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Layer half of your angel food cake cubes (about 4 to 5 cups) at the bottom of a trifle dish.
  4. Sprinkle half of your mixed berries (around 2 cups) over the cake layer.
  5. Pour half of the pudding mixture evenly over the layers.
  6. Repeat with remaining cake cubes, mixed berries, and pudding mixture.
  7. Spread 2 cups of whipped topping over the top layer.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
