Waffle Preparation
- Whisk together the dry ingredients: gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together: milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just mixed; lumps are okay.
- Gently fold in the blueberries being careful not to crush them.
- Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease if necessary.
- Pour 1/2 to 3/4 cup of batter into the waffle iron and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until golden.
- Transfer cooked waffles to a wire rack to keep warm until serving.
- Serve immediately with your choice of toppings such as maple syrup or fresh fruit.
