Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of self-rising flour and 1 tsp of salt using a whisk.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp of honey, and 1 beaten egg until a slightly sticky dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 1 minute.
  5. Divide the dough into four equal pieces, roll each into a ball and poke a hole in the center to shape them into bagels.
  6. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let the bagels cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
