Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  4. In another skillet, heat olive oil and fry each corn tortilla for 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Combine sour cream with a tablespoon of green enchilada sauce in a bowl and set aside.
  6. Spread a layer of chicken mixture in a baking dish; fill tortillas, roll them, and place seam-side down.
  7. Pour remaining chicken mixture over rolled tortillas; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with creamy sauce and chopped cilantro before serving.
