Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Dough: Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. In a food processor, combine coconut, dragon fruit, maple syrup, and sea salt. Blend until dough-like, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Shape the Treats: Transfer mixture to pan, press to create an even layer or shape into balls/bars. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Melt the Chocolate: Prepare chocolate coating in a double boiler, stirring for 3-5 minutes until melted.
  4. Dip the Treats: Remove chilled treats, cut into shapes if pressed in a pan. Dip in melted chocolate and shake off excess.
  5. Allow to Set: Let the dipped treats sit at room temperature for 15-30 minutes to harden.
  6. Serve: Allow treats to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving for best texture and flavor.
