Preparation Steps
  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions, about 15-20 minutes, then transfer to a bowl.
  2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, then fold into the rice and let cool.
  3. Combine crab sticks, mayonnaise, and sriracha in a bowl until creamy.
  4. Prepare sushi mat and nori, spread cooled rice evenly leaving 1-inch at the edges.
  5. Add crab filling, avocado, and cucumber on nori, then roll tightly.
  6. Slice the roll into 8 pieces with a wet knife, and serve with condiments.
