Cooking Steps
- In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound of ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart until nicely browned.
- Once the ground beef is browned, sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of onion powder. Stir thoroughly.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cornstarch over the seasoned beef and stir quickly for about 30 seconds until well incorporated.
- Remove the beef mixture and set aside. In the same skillet, pour in 2 cups of beef broth, 1 cup of milk, and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
- Once boiling, stir in 8 ounces of egg pasta and cover. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Return the browned beef to the skillet along with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and ½ cup of sour cream. Stir gently.
- Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of paprika and stir to fully integrate. Allow to simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Notes
Avoid curdling sour cream by reducing heat when adding. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
