Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound of ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart until nicely browned.
  2. Once the ground beef is browned, sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of onion powder. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cornstarch over the seasoned beef and stir quickly for about 30 seconds until well incorporated.
  4. Remove the beef mixture and set aside. In the same skillet, pour in 2 cups of beef broth, 1 cup of milk, and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Once boiling, stir in 8 ounces of egg pasta and cover. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes.
  6. Return the browned beef to the skillet along with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and ½ cup of sour cream. Stir gently.
