Muffin Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the muffin tin.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add the rolled oats to the mashed bananas and stir until combined.
- Drizzle in honey or maple syrup and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in baking powder until no visible powder remains.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
