Method
 

Muffin Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the muffin tin.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the rolled oats to the mashed bananas and stir until combined.
  4. Drizzle in honey or maple syrup and mix thoroughly.
  5. Fold in baking powder until no visible powder remains.
  6. Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  7. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
