  3. After the peanut butter layer has firmed, use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out hearts from the mixture.
  4. Melt 12 ounces of chocolate in a heatproof bowl using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  5. Dip each heart into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully submerged, then lift out and allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  6. Place the dipped hearts on parchment and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
