Steps to Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F) or 200°C (390°F) for convection.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Rinse and cut each potato into uniform wedges, about 1 inch thick.
- Drizzle potato wedges with olive oil and add the seasoning blend; toss until coated.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange wedges in a single layer.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, turning wedges halfway for even browning.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
