Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the bone-in skinless chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the dried chicken thighs and massage gently.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients.
  5. Pour the marinade over the chicken thighs and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook the chicken thighs at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Mix cornstarch with water until smooth; bring remaining marinade to simmer, add cornstarch mixture until thickened.
  9. Once cooked, remove chicken from air fryer and drizzle with thickened glaze, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
  10. Serve immediately with steamed rice or salad.
