  • 2 pieces Burrata
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs consider seasoning for extra flavor
For Frying
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
For the Spicy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha adjust according to heat preference
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gently pat the burrata balls dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko in separate bowls.
  3. Coat each burrata ball with flour, then egg, and finally roll in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the coated burrata balls for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Prepare the spicy sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic.
  7. Serve the fried burrata on a platter with the spicy sauce for dipping and garnish with cilantro.
