  • 1 tbsp Honey Maple syrup makes a great vegan alternative
For the Tacos
  • 12 pieces Wonton Wrappers Ensure they're gluten-free if needed
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce Adjust quantity based on your heat preference
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds Optional garnish
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Fresh herb for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine the thinly sliced chicken with teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger in a mixing bowl. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
  3. Prepare the Slaw: In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, sliced green onions, rice vinegar, honey, and remaining sesame oil. Toss until well-coated.
  4. Fry the Wontons: Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Fry wonton wrappers for 20-30 seconds on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Assemble the Tacos: Fill fried wonton shells with cooked chicken and fresh slaw, drizzle sweet chili sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
