Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook ziti in salted water until al dente.
  2. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped shallot and minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  3. Add peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet, cooking for about 2 minutes on each side.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually whisk in milk, wine, and chicken stock. Simmer for about 3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Mix in mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes until melted.
  7. Combine cooked shrimp, diced tomatoes, and cooked ziti in the skillet until well mixed.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top, bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with a salad or garlic bread.
