  • 1 whole Lime cut into wedges
  • 4 cups Water for blending
  • 1 can Coconut Milk full-fat or light
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup to sweeten

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash one whole lime under cold water and cut it into wedges.
  2. Blend lime wedges, 4 cups of water, 1 can of coconut milk, and 1 cup of maple syrup on high for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain the blended mixture using a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.
  4. Serve the lemonade over ice in a tall glass.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lime or fresh mint leaves, if desired.
