- Start by adding 6 cups of cold water, 5 lime wedges, and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar into a blender. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Next, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl, using a spatula to press down the pulp and extract all the flavorful liquid. Discard the pulp.
- Rinse the blender, return the strained liquid back into it, then add in 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Fill tall glasses with ice and pour the creamy lemonade over it, optionally garnishing with extra lime slices.
