Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Layer thawed hashbrowns evenly across the bottom of the baking pan.
  3. Cook sausage and diced onion over medium heat for about 10 minutes until browned.

  5. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrowns, sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
  6. Add the cooked sausage and onion mixture, then top with remaining cheese.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
