Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Unroll your thawed puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface and roll out slightly.
  3. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled feta, and chopped fresh herbs until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the puff pastry, leaving a half-inch border, then sprinkle cranberries on top.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly from one edge into a log, then slice into half-inch thick pieces.
  6. Place the sliced pinwheels on the baking sheet and brush with beaten egg wash.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.
