  • 12 rolls Hawaiian Rolls soft sandwich rolls
  • 6 large Eggs medium or large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream can substitute with milk
  • to taste Salt

  • 2 tablespoons Butter can use plant-based alternative
  • 8 slices Bacon substitute with turkey bacon if desired
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese can substitute with mozzarella, Swiss or pepper jack
For the Topping
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix can use regular ranch dressing instead

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter, and scramble the egg mixture for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Cook the bacon in the same skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally in half and place the bottom half into the baking dish. Layer with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and another layer of cheese before placing the top buns back.
  5. Mix melted butter and ranch dressing mix in a small bowl, then brush it over the top of the assembled sliders.
  6. Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
  7. Remove the sliders from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and cut into individual sliders for serving.
