  • 8 ounces Soft Cream Cheese Room temperature
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Pure extract preferred
For the Garnish
  • 1 pack Bunny Grahams Fun-shaped graham crackers also work
  • as needed Colorful Easter Sprinkles For festive flair

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the strawberries, dry them, cut off the stems, and hollow out the centers.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Fill a pastry bag with the cheesecake mixture and pipe it into each strawberry.
  4. Refrigerate the filled strawberries for 3-4 hours to firm up.
  5. Top with Bunny Grahams and sprinkles just before serving.
