- Season the shrimp and salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter. Sear salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes. Add shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Remove seafood from the skillet. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Boil salted water and cook peeled diced potatoes for 15 minutes until tender. Drain, add butter, and mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in another skillet, add green beans and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Season and remove from heat.
- Plate with mashed potatoes, seared salmon, Cajun shrimp on top, drizzle with garlic cream sauce, and serve green beans on the side.
