  • 2/3 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce Adjust per heat preference.
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
For Garnish
  • Sliced Green Onions
  • Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by placing the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Add the finely diced small onion and minced garlic.
  3. Pour in the low-sodium chicken broth and buffalo wing sauce, then sprinkle in the smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
  6. Carefully remove the chicken to shred it and return it to the soup.
  7. Add the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream, stirring until melted.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  9. Ladle into bowls and garnish with green onions, blue cheese, or parsley.
