  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Adjust to taste

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 dash Salt To balance sweetness

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Fruits: Wash and dry the apples and pears. Chop apples into bite-sized pieces. Dice pears into similar sized pieces. Slice celery and combine all in a large bowl.
  2. Add the Grapes and Cranberries: Halve the grapes and add them along with the cranberries to the fruit bowl. Gently toss to mix.

  4. Mix the Yogurt Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a dash of salt.
  5. Combine Salad and Dressing: Pour dressing over the fruit and nut mixture, stirring gently to coat.
