Preparation Steps
  1. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper. Let come to room temperature for 10 minutes.

  3. Cook salmon cubes in your preferred method: air fry for 10-12 minutes at 200°C, pan-fry for 5-7 minutes, or bake for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Prepare the salad by slicing the cucumber and avocado, then toss with lime juice and set aside.
  5. Plate the salmon with the salad and drizzle the reserved sauce over the salmon before serving.
