- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Make four wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well.
- Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until the egg whites are set and yolks are slightly runny.
- Let cool for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm, alongside crusty bread or a light salad.
